This precisely balanced surface pencil features an extremely pronounced ‘walk-the-dog’ action, accompanied by an enticing clicking sound as it moves. It can be manipulated with vertical twitches, tip up, or in the more traditional style, tip down. It is best fished with a loop knot to allow for unimpeded and seductive side-to-side swim action.
