Introducing an exciting series to just land in our store, the Shimano Type-X series of high performance graphite spinning rods! Hot Tackle worked closely with the experts at Shimano Australia during the development of this epic series of rods, going back and forth with their team until we perfected the actions of each model. The range covers all manners of offshore fishing whether it's slow pitch jigging, conventional jigging, stickbaiting/popping, rock/beach or just general spinning, all bases are covered. Featuring as many key Shimano technologies as we could manage to squeeze in whilst still hitting the targeted price-point, the team here at Hot Tackle are super stoked with how they come up cosmetically but also – and most importantly – how they feel in the hand and out on the water!
