Shipping policy

Our Free Shipping clause applies to Mainland Australia where reasonable. We often wear the costs of rural and remote shipping beyond what would be considered ‘normal’ to the extent that on occasion the shipping costs more than the items ordered. Upon the rare event that the shipping costs are extremely inordinate, we will call you and attempt to settle on a solution that is economical for Hot Tackle. If we are unable to find a solution that appeases both parties, Hot Tackle reserves the right to refund the order. The aforementioned policy applies to both Mainland and Island locations around Australia.

* Free Shipping applies to orders over $99 that are not classified as a Fishing Rod, Fishing Rod/Reel Combo, Fishing Rod Tube or Fishing Gaff. Due to ever increasing outbound freight prices, Hot Tackle will charge a $12 Long Rod box Surcharge Fee on all of those aforementioned categories. Note – this doesn’t affect click and collect orders (of course).
