This 23cm (9" Inch) fillet knife can handle most fish with ease and is great for flat fish like fluke and flounder. It’s ultra-sharp out of the package and with just the right amount of flex to glide over the bones. It features a SOFGRIP™ handle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. This knife is made with a proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL™. This knife is NSF certified and is made in the U.S.A. The knife comes with the Edge Guard blade protector, which protects your edge when the knife is stored.
