The Fishlogica Icon Spin Rod range offers two distinct options for Australian lure fishing. Choose the FIS-701ML for soft plastics, vibes and topwater presentations in the 8–40g range, or step up to the longer, heavier-rated FIS-770MH for 15–75g plastics, stickbaits, glides and swimbaits.
FIS-701ML | Versatile 8–40g lure work
From working a soft plastic to switching over to a vibe or topwater lure, the FIS-701ML covers a broad spread of presentations. Its 7'1" length, Fast-Moderate action and PE1.5–3 line rating make it the lighter-rated option of the two Icon spin models, with a lower minimum casting weight for lures down to 8g.
Pair it with a 4000 to compact 5000 size spinning reel for a setup suited to barramundi, mulloway, black jew, snapper, flathead, fingermark and mangrove jack.

FIS-770MH | Longer 15–75g option for heavier presentations
When your session calls for bigger lure presentations, the FIS-770MH offers a wider upper casting range and a heavier PE3–4 / 30–40lb line rating. At 7'7", it is the longer of the two models, combining a Fast to Fast-Moderate action with a full carbon rear grip.
Work plastics, stickbaits, glides and swimbaits for mulloway, big barramundi, coral trout, small kingfish and tuna. Match it with a C5000, 4000SW or 5000SW size spinning reel, and use the butt join to pack the rod down between sessions.
