This short, robust teaser rod is engineered to fit seamlessly into a size #4 curved alloy butt, making it compatible with a wide selection of trolling reels. Its design caters to both versatility and strength, accommodating various setups according to angler preference.

Featuring an innovative 'inner-line' design, the rod eliminates external guides, thereby reducing the risk of line tangling. This is particularly beneficial when a teaser is being retrieved quickly and may be pulled off a wave, sending a shock wave up the line. In such scenarios, the line simply slips off the rod, allowing the retrieve to continue smoothly without interruption.

The entry guide is crafted from large Zirconia ceramic and housed in a custom titanium frame, while the exit guide features a low-profile tip-top fitting with a ceramic insert. Both guides are purposefully sized to ensure that line attachments like waxed thread and rubber bands can be wound onto the reel without jamming, allowing for hassle-free retrieval and operation.

The rod blank is custom made using a durable graphite and fibreglass composite, finished in a gloss black paint for a sleek appearance. The fore-grip is constructed from extra-firm, extended EVA in blue Camoufish design.

Anglers can purchase the Millerods Teaser Troller either as a complete unit with a curved alloy butt in black, or as a separate rod with only the ferrule and collet nut attached—ready to be fitted into an existing butt and reel setup, such as those used on 37kg trolling rods.
