With a sweep of the rod it produces a pronounced thudding action and an impressive rolling side to side flash upon slow straight retrieve; the bibbed nose will hold the lure just under the surface as it swims seductively. This lure is crafted from solid Paulownia encapsulated in a hard resin shell, with 2mm stainless steel through wire and multiple layers of tough protective coating for the ultimate durability.

The Crusader excels when rigged with a treble hook on the belly and a single hook on the back, enhancing the lure’s action and allowing it to swim with a wider, more aggressive wobble. While double treble hooks add a little more weight, slightly dampening the base action, they offer more hook points for securing fish and still maintain a seductive swim pattern.
